A new scheme supporting local first time buyers, including key workers, onto the property ladder by offering new-build homes with a discount of at least 30% compared to market prices. -

If you can't quite afford to buy 100% of a home, you could buy a share of a home instead and pay rent on the rest. -
Right to Buy
Overview:
If you're a council tenant in England the Right to Buy scheme could help you buy the home you rent with a discount of up to £102,400 (£136,400 in London). -
